Headers

Moda-Version
enum<string>
default:2026-05-01

Calendar-dated API version pin. New integrations should pin 2026-05-01 to opt into the newest response shapes. For back-compat the server also accepts requests with no header and resolves them to the current default (today: 2026-04-12); that default advances on each sunset date. Any unsupported value returns 400 unsupported_version.

Available options:
2026-04-12,
2026-05-01
Example:

"2026-05-01"

Body

idempotency_key
string

Required string length: 1 - 200

Response

Successful Response

What Moda's records prove became of a generation whose submit answer was lost (provider_proxy.lookup). Nothing is sent to a provider, held or charged to answer it.

state
enum<string>
required

admitted: the first request is still at the provider. running/canceled: the provider accepted the job (envelope holds its handle). succeeded: it finished (envelope as a replay returns it). failed: the provider failed the job it accepted (envelope holds its handle); the key can never be admitted again. unknown: nothing is proven, including a key with no record; treat the generation as possibly running and ask again, never resend it.

Available options:

failed,
unknown
